Where do I start with this dish! Every element was perfectly executed, from the vegetables, to the ramen, to the mushrooms and the deeply flavourful broth. The truffle flavour was very present without being too overwhelming and the walnut milk base made in-house was so rich and tasty. Whoa this #dessert was as much about the presentation and the inventiveness as it was about the flavour! So cool to pour the #brownsugar in, then sprinkle the bean powder, and watch the magic happen as they combined! 🤩 In truth this dessert was a bit lightweight, a modestly-sized blob of #jelly that would barely satisfy one person 😅 Here it was being shared by two 🥲
