

Sky Kombucha (fermented tea) served in three flavors. I chose lilikoi (aka passion fruit). Brewed in small batches locally in Waimanalo, HI it was sweet yet tart w/ a pleasant effervescence. They use Vegware compostable cups w/ paper straws.
