Sky Kombucha (fermented tea) served in three flavors. I chose lilikoi (aka passion fruit). Brewed in small batches locally in Waimanalo, HI it was sweet yet tart w/ a pleasant effervescence. They use Vegware compostable cups w/ paper straws.

The Vegan Oat Cake can be found in the bakery display case instead of on the menu. Hearty oats are sweetened w/ banana, toasted coconut, & dark chocolate chips. A good snack, dessert, or breakfast side item.

Chia Pudding w/ Fresh Fruit is made w/ almond milk & topped w/ strawberries, blueberries, & granola. It has a slight vanilla flavor maybe in the almond milk or added. It might be better w/ sweeter, less acidic fruit but very tasty. Makes a a good breakfast, snack, or even a healthy dessert. They also provide Vegware compostable utensils.

The Hummus Bagel was tasty w/ probably dill in the hummus. The tomato & cucumber were fresh. It would have been better on a sesame bagel (they were out) or a whole grain bagel. Good for breakfast, lunch, or post-workout! They use Vegware compostable utensils.

The Tofu Scramble was flavorful w/ a variety of tastes, textures, & colors which also means a wide range of nutrients. It included tofu, rice, spinach, onion, tomato, carrot, & probably turmeric. The side greens included what initially tasted like a raspberry vinaigrette but then popped w/ spice. Great for breakfast or post-workout! They use Vegware compostable utensils.
