This dish was super healthy and the cashew filling was absolutely delicious. The Swiss chard, which is usually bitter tasting, was delightful and perfectly cooked. Has a raw dehydrated vegetable kebab, babaganoush, almond hummus, charred pickled shishito peppers, parsley, toasted sorghum, purple oxalis, and black rice man’oushe.
