Was expecting the #mandarinoriental to bring their A game to the table when it came to plant-based options at their flagship HK hotel. Well, this was ok. Not bad, but nothing special, and definitely not worth the price! When you're paying a small fortune for pasta you really want it to be spectacular. Come on Mandarin, you can make an effort!
