This restaurant has such a nice vibe inside! And also sells really cute clothing, organic and artisanal beauty products, food and home decor. They were also playing really nice old jazz music. After experiencing the chaos of Delhi, I could have sat here forever. Although I’m not usually a lover of rose flavoured things this loaf spoke to me for some reason. I was glad I tried it because it was actually really well done! It was quite strong in rose flavour, so you’d have to like that to enjoy this. The cake was so moist and even a bit gooey in some areas due to the rose syrup that was soaked into it. The pistachio and cardamom flavour was mild, maybe more of that would have been nice. The icing layer on top was super sweet, making this an overall intensely flavoured cake, that I definitely struggled to finish. #sweettooth
