Kaffir Lime Pie + Mango

Oh yes this one's a hit 😋 The #kaffirlime was excellent, tart with a hint of sweetness, which the accompanying #mango cream rounded off spectacularly ☺️ The base of #oat and #walnut wasn't super firm or crunchy, but the overall balance worked. Fabulous #dessert 👍
