This was our second #maindish at Espécie, a #vegan and #vegetarian restaurant in Porto, #portugal. I'm a huge fan of any #noodle dish, so I was really excited to try this. The flavors were hearty, comforting, and the portion size was perfect to share between two people. The #shiitake mushrooms were grilled to perfection and had a strong #umami, rich flavor. Traditionally, Moqueca is a Brazilian seafood stew. I had this vegan version at Espécie, a #vegetarian and #vegan restaurant in Porto, #portugal. It was very hearty and flavorful. This korean-style fried cauliflower is my favorite #appetizer at Espécie, a restaurant in Porto that serves both #vegetarian and #vegan options. These are deep fried cauliflower florets glazed with a gochujang-based sauce. Super delicious, crunchy and very spicy! Slices of bread with two different kinds of dip. I'm not sure what each one is (there were no details on the menu), but if I had to guess I'd say the orange one is some sort of bell pepper concoction and the bottom one is #hummus with #pesto on top. They were both good, but I definitely prefer the orange one, as it had a stronger flavor. I found the bottom one a bit dull.
