Rice Pudding

This is without a doubt my favorite #dessert at Espécie, a #vegan and #vegetarian restaurant in Porto, #portugal. The rice pudding is amazingly creamy and silky, with a strong and sweet #coconut flavor. The mango #sorbet with lime adds a refreshing palate cleanse between bites.
