So I finally got around to trying a vegan pizza at @casabelladining at the @the_pearls_mall 🍕🍕🍕 . So their homemade pizza bases are all vegan friendly and they have a wide range of vegan substitutes available: mozzarella, beef strips, chicken strips and mince. I opted for the “Messicana” which has peppers, onion, garlic and chili. I obviously chose vegan cheese and swapped the beef and pork for the vegan chicken strips. The base was thin and crispy but I expected the pizza to be more spicy and flavourful. I added a whole lot of salt, pepper, chilli and garlic to give it a kick🌶 and then it was enjoyable😋
