Each wrap comes with a choice of soup, salad, or corn chips. I saw that the soup of the day was French onion and that sounded so cozy. This French onion soup is made with caramelized onions, garlic, tamari, thyme, house-made vegetable broth, and cheezy gluten-free croutons. The soup came out really hot which is what I was hoping for. The croutons begin to soften if you leave them there. They were a nice topping, although they weren't as cheezy as I was hoping for. Woo, this is a spicy, earthy chai! This drink has green rooibos, turmeric root, ginger, cinnamon, maca root, licorice root, cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg, ashwagandha root, clove, and oat milk. It's interesting that this chai isn't made with black tea, but green rooibos instead! That makes it caffeine-free. The turmeric gives the tea a strong, earthy smell. A second after I took a sip all the spices hit me. I wasn't expecting it! This drink also has a separation issue. Since it was a bit chilly getting into town and we had to park a couple blocks away, I needed something warm to sip on! This matcha sounded perfect. It's made with matcha, maca root, lotus pollen, green tea pollen, pine pollen, and oat milk. I love the glass mug it was served in and the color on the foam was beautiful. I added agave for sweetener for an extra $0.75. This matcha is pretty grassy! I'm glad I added the agave. It ended up separating pretty badly (2nd picture). When I left it for a long time, I'd have to stir it to get it back to that dark green color. It tastes pretty good though. This beautiful bowl is made with curried chickpeas, local kimchi, rice, quinoa, cabbage, steamed ginger veggies, warm coconut curry dressing, and microgreens. The dressing is the best part of this and really brings everything together. It's warm and nutty, going really well with the curried chickpeas. The veggies were really fresh and I love how many colors are packed into this meal. The prices here seem a bit high for such simple dishes. Juice Pharm is the only fully vegan restaurant in Duluth so I've been meaning to make a trip over there. It's just a bit difficult because they close at 3pm every day. I finally made it there and I'm so happy! The interior is such a cool space and we sat at the coolest table under their plant wall. This wrap is made with chickpeas, bacon-tempeh, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, carrots, spring mix, and ranch dressing. It's very fresh and veggie forward. The tempeh is nice and hearty, but it would have been nice if it was a bit smokier for a stronger bacon flavor. The ranch was also not as dill-forward as I was hoping for.
