Real Mexican tortillas filled with roasted cauliflower, camu-camu superfood, mayo, Pico de Gallo sauce, and avocado mousse. Contains Nuts. AED 64. This is a great dish to either have as a main or to share with friends. The cauliflower is amazing and seasoned in a what that resembles the taste of meat. Good!!

As per their menu “ a wholesome rendition of the popular tofu dynamite featuring firm tofu, homemade chipotle aioli, in house sriracha recipe, tamari, crisp romaine lettuce, sesame seeds, spring onions, and microgreens for a delightful, guilt-free indulgence”. I personally liked it but would have expected it to be more spicy (it’s called dynamite…) which it’s not. It’s still yummy and very recommended. I think overall this dish also misses a crunchy component to be amazing. I would consider adding some smashed nuts on top. AED 34.00

If you have never been to SEVA it is quite the experience. Half of the tables are in an outside garden, and you can sit on the ground (on comfy cushions) and have a very relaxing break. Soft music and nature and good food are such a good mix. I did not see many locals, seemed to me more a western-kind of vegan place, which is neither positive or negative, just don’t expect to find a Dubai feel in there. Food is really good. I had an avocado toast with scrambled tofu. I found that the avocado might have had a little extra kick while the tofu was brilliantly seasoned.

Delicious and filling. This eggless omlette is made using gram-flour-based omelette folded with spinach over pan-sautéed mushroom and semi-dried tomatoes, cashew cream cheese, sour cream with avocado and salsa. I added kimchi on the side for added flavour. The restaurant has a great vibe and also hosts classes, yoga, healing sessions and other wonderful practices for a peaceful well-being.
