

Once again, I have to complain about the overcooking...😅 Sorry!! I specifically asked for pasta al dente, I think the chef did his best but it was still overcooked to me 😶 (maybe I have to stop eating pasta outside). Anyways, the sauce was very good, it was made of cashews, yeast flakes, garlic, dried tomatoes, artichokes, tofu. Maybe a little bit salty but I guess it's because of the dried tomatoes. The restaurant itself is wonderful and really worth a visit (or more than one).
