I have never had breakfast tacos before only burritos so this was exciting. The shell is so crunchy, yum. I know the sides of veggies are to keep it healthy but I feel like something else would've been better in their place. The potatoes though were so crispy and good! Maybe just plate up more of them.

The cheese melted in your mouth and did not taste fake like a lot of vegan cheeses. The potatoes were alright, but I’m not huge into potatoes as is. The “meat” was amazing!!
