Please get this dish. I’ve never had anything like this before. Chilaquiles is always good, but the added effect of putting it in a burrito, what’s not to love?

So I got the plain burrito but added cauliflower “meat”. And oh my goodness. I know I always say this but this was the BEST burrito I’ve ever had in my life. The tortilla is soft and hand made and the cauliflower has the most DELICIOUS flavor. This is my new favorite, better than the chimichanga.

Y’all I was caught off guard. This was so bomb. The tortilla is crispy and it’s filled with meat and smothered in queso, beyond delicious.
