Vegan "conchas" in Texas??? I'm so in!! Houston (or most of Texas) offer's a huge Mexican Food scene so I was extremely excited when I heard of an all "VEGAN" mexican restaurant in Houston 🌱🎉 I haven't tried the food but the pan dulce (conchas) were beyond delicious. A concha is a bun covered in sugar that cracks to look like a shell (a concha) when it bakes. I loved this kind of pan dulce as a kid, so it’s incredible to be able to eat a vegan version as an adult! This tastes exactly how I remember.

I’ve been looking for vegan Mexican sweet bread and I finally found it here! So yummy, tastes just like you’d expect 🤤 They have vanilla and chocolate. They run out fast!
