Such a different bun! It was filled with half of an Impossible patty that had a soy sauce glaze on it, guacamole, cucumber, and vegan mayo. The flavors actually all worked really well together, and I especially loved how the cucumber added some sweetness and crunch. The bun was soft and fluffy too. One per order - definitely get a few! #veganbun #impossibleburger

These had such a good flavor! If you miss pork gyoza, I’d highly recommend these. The filling was absolutely spot on and they were really crispy on the outside. The dumpling sauce was delicious as well. I would go back here simply for these gyoza. #dumplings #gyoza #vegangyozas

With baby arugula, mixed greens, kale and tomatoes with a yummy gingery Japanese dressing. My only negative was that it was a bit too oily, which may have just been a one-time thing (I’m not sure). I would still get it again.
