Being a fan of both key lime pie and cheesecake it was impossible to resist trying this, and that proved to be a really good decision. The texture was ideal and the flavor was the perfect marriage of two dessert classics. This dessert could challenge the notion that nothing is perfect!

This cheese board was both beautifully presented and indescribably delicious! It included almond ricotta, aged cashew cheese, a pecan-rolled farmer’s cheese, pickled vegetables, olives, peaches, watermelon, roasted garlic, and black garlic oil served with house-made bread. This is the kind of dish that should come with a label reading: “Warning: Could be extremely habit-forming.” #vegancheese #dairyisscary

Mind-blown. One of the best meals I've ever had! Their house-made cheez is unreal. My favorite was the cashew brie. It was so creamy and salty-sweet. The apples were my favorite complementary tool to shovel all the remains.
