Mini pavlova from Mindful Confections topped with Orley Whip mixed with broken up meringues and berries, topped with a mini meringue! All Nola's meringue goods are delicious and you would never guess they were made from chickpea brine, the flavour is incredible. Highly recommend.

My first BIG Pavlova was made as a Christmas order for a client. (shared on my facebook page) I'm humbled 🙏 To quote Judy "Showcasing Mindful Confections vegan pavlova. I’m aware it needs some mint and probably more color and more cream for the right look. But oh my goodness, the taste. Gooey and crisp, with coconut cream, and coconut caramel drizzled over, and mango and cherries and Nola’s baby meringues on the top. Honestly mouth watering. It’s all gone and it was a big pavlova. Both the pavlova and the baby meringues had glitter in them. It made them look angelic."
