mini no sausage rolls

I wasn’t expecting much from these mini no sausage rolls, but they are surprisingly tasty! The pastry is flaky and golden, and the filling has a nice savoury flavour that’s pretty close to what I remember of regular sausage rolls. They cook well in the air fryer (see second photo). These really put the “mini” in mini sausage rolls. I baked them straight from frozen, following the packet instructions, though I probably should’ve left them in a bit longer to get a better crisp. Still, they came out fine. The pastry was flaky enough and the filling was tasty with no weird aftertaste. Bite-sized, no fuss, and surprisingly decent for what they are.

Frozen finger food - these are extremely good and delicious. Really, really nice and can go toe to toe with the Green Cuisine ones, which are also great. The only problem I have with these is, if they are even slightly overcooked they burn! Same as all frozen sos rolls
