La alternativa más barata que he visto entorno 10€ / kg. Buen sabor y textura, funde un poco. Sorprendido de encontrármelo en supermercados Día a los que no solía ir.
Nutricionalmente é mellor que a gran maioría dos queixos veganos. De sabor non é o meu favorito, pero está bo.
Está rico, al igual que el york lo he probado en bikini y en bocata y está bien en ambas, se deshace un poquito en caliente pero no mucho.
