Molto buono! Forse un po' forte come sapore di erba cipollina, ma non si può dire che non sia buono!

Crema vegana di lenticchie alle erbe di Vemondo, presa per la prima volta (mi pare…) questa settimana. Utile per fare toast, tartine o anche da mangiare così intingendoci la verdura fresca. Si sente molto l’aglio. Passerà molto tempo prima di ricomprarla, anche perché è molto più buona fatta in casa 🏡 ed è pure semplice da fare… Mi dispiace per le prime due foto bruttine…ma poi nelle altre due c’è Firenze, con l’Arno… che ci ha fatto molto preoccupare lo scorso fine settimana. #lenticchie #aglio #erbe #vemondo #cremadilenticchie #marzo2025
