My first time trying out Kinky Kale 🥬 , so crispy, not bitter, sweet & zesty, what’s better way to eat them? Totally awesome to eat it raw 😋 ! Let’s see how I enjoy my Kinky Kale 👇🏻 !
👩🏻🍳 How to prepare the Kinky Kale: Cut away the stem, rinse with water and dry them using salad strainer on my food processor.
Next, prepare Stir Fry Spicy Ginger Brewer Omnimeat.
Ingredients (mix all in a bowl):
1 packet of Omnimeat, defrost
2 tablespoons of organic chickpeas , roughly smashed with fork
1 big yellow onion, diced
3 spring onions, cut into 2cm long
Sauces (mix well in a bowl, set aside):
1 teaspoon of first draw hand-brewed soy sauce
1 heaping teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee spicy bean sauce
1 heaping teaspoon of ginger brewer yeast paste
Appropriate amount of water
Steps:
1. In a pan, heat up grapeseed oil and put in all ingredients above. Stir fry till Omnimeat is cooked.
2. Mix in the sauces and simmer for few minutes. Off the stove.
3. Topped the Omnimeat with black & white sesame seeds before served.
Rainforest rice + hand torn the Kinky Kale to bite size + take a tablespoon of Spicy Ginger Brewer Omnimeat = perfect match 💯❤️!
