Non è sicuramente un gran formaggio vegetale a livello di sapore: non è sgradevole ma non sa quasi di nulla (comunque meglio di quelli che hanno un sapore di olio di cocco). È carino da utilizzare quando serve un formaggio filante però non aggiunge molto al piatto se non appunto la cremosità. A suo favore posso aggiungere che i valori nutrizionali non sono troppo malvagi
Mangiato da solo è abbastanza insapore. Va usato per valorizzare altre ricette perché versatile come il Galbanino, anche se ho notato che si scioglie con molta difficoltà.
A me non hanno mai fatto impazzire i formaggi in generale,ma questo è buono ed è anche nutriente
