This vegan cheese is delicious. It’s fermented and made just with cashew and water. The paprika flavour is slightly strong for me but overall I’ve really enjoyed it. Expensive but worth it. #vegan #vegancheese
Vegan cheese from cashews. 15% of protein. No strong smell (in fact NO smell). Texture like ricota, Taste more sour than ricota and close to feta. No strong taste of smoked pprika. Recommended.
