I did enjoy these hash browns, though I did not really care too much for the slightly pasty texture beneath the crispy outer layer of the hash browns. That being said, I think the flavour was really good and the texture was something I could get past. Who knew cauliflower could taste so good!! I cooked them in the airfryer, which left them with a nice crispy outside and a soft inside. They are really tasty, and the texture is great. I’ve had these a few times I know it does not want you to microwave them but I have microwaved them and with success. I love them in the air fryer. That’s my preferred method. I like to make sandwiches out of these. Also put them in wraps burritos - just eat as is with a little bit of dipping sauce on them really versatile product and a comfort food.
