My daughter discovered this giant sized carrot cake from Sheng Siong Supermarket. It is our first time seeing such a big one. We only knew carrot cake of the length from the top of my middle finger to my wrist. This jumbo is the length of my forearm and the thickness equivalent to two times of my forearm. It is THAT big. It took our family over three meals as one of the dishes to finish it all. It costs S$6.50, and worth every cent.👍🏻 I wish that they would list the ingredients within the seasonings. Nevertheless, our family loves this carrot cake so much. My daughter and hubby created great dishes out from this brand of carrot cake, so soft and delicious 😋
