Questi fiocchi d'avena mi piacciono molto più di altri. I fiocchi sono piccolini e teneri, assorbono bene i liquidi e rimangono molto cremosi. La confezione consiste in un unico pacchetto di carta, come fosse farina, e non è in doppio packaging di plastica. 0,99€

Acquistata alla lidl,fiocchi di avena integrali.Non sono interi ma frammentati e devo dire che questo li rende morbidi più in fretta nel latte(vegetale)e il #veganporridge viene molto buono. Ricchi di #fibre e confezionati nella carta e questo per me è un punto in più.
