Vegan Shakshouka

Really nice richly spiced sauce with loads of tofu and mushrooms. Strawberries were a bit of a strange addition but okay

Vegan shakshouka was delicious and fresh. In place of the traditional egg, this is served with tofu, mushrooms, and spinach. I ranked this down a bit for value because they charge a 1.50€ vegan tax over the traditional. Also there is a 0.50€ surcharge for plant milk in the coffee.
