Banana Matcha cake

It was a very banana-y cake! Huge slice for $5.50 at the Ground Zero Festival! It would have been even better with a more distinct matcha taste-- I am quite fussy with matcha flavour so to me this wasn't enough matcha flavour

Really nice marbled matcha banana cake with a very sweet matcha frosting. It was spongey in texture and the cake itself wasn’t too sweet, so it paired well with the frosting. It’s so nice to have a great vegan spot like this that also has baked goods!

Hits the spot! Sweet but not too sweet, moist and one bite is simply just not enough.
