Red Wine Lentil Pie

Delicious! Felt like I finally conquered my dream of eating a petrol station pie in the car!😂 the pastry was great but the flavour a bit too buttery for me since I’ve been vegan for so long, wasn’t used to it! But fantastic texture and the filling was delish!
