Lovely vegan ramen outside of TeamLab planet, an art installation. They have only this dish
(plus ice cream and tea), but it’s very good. The broth is thick and based on oat milk, combined with a miso sauce (according to the menu it is a blend of several types of miso unique to Japan, white sesame paste, and further infused with ginger and garlic).
I enjoyed it, but I have to say the best ramen of my life is still the one I had in Vegan Bistro in Harajuku. 🍜
