Hotplate Tofu

Didnt manage to get a good picture :( Need to remind staff not to add egg to this dish! Tofus were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Sauce goes well with rice, and the minced "meat" soaking in the sauce were great too :)

On the oiler side but v flavourful! The fried tofu is plain on the inside. Wished that the minced soy protein were placed on top of the tofu & weren’t scattered around in the sauce though — they were difficult to pick up whoops #veganuary
