Thunder Tea Brown Rice (Veganized)

Believe they moved to 131 Joo Chiat Road. Tea paste was strong enough and generous takeaway potion !

Love this dish! Generous amount of vegetables, tofu and nuts on brown rice. Broth was good and thick. When it’s all mixed together, it tastes amazing. Great value for money. Opt to veganise it and they will remove the ikan billis.

This thunder tea rice is sweeter rather than savoury. Brown rice was nicely cooked, not too dry or hard. just right in terms of chewiness. The soup was kind of bland, and could have done with more herbs in the blend.. So-so. Have definitely had better thunder tea rice.

Just tell them to make it vegan and they will 🤠 very wholesome and filling bowl for only 5.9, one of the best value to eat places in the area.
