Vegan Mac & Cheese with cashew cream and seitan bacon

Mac and cheese like you remember it as a kid! This cashew nut Mac and

cheese is everything and more, especially in this winter weather!

I absolutely love the Mac and cheese from the Fussy Vegan. It is amazing and

has inspired me to make my own too! I don't think I could say enough about the quality of the food they serve.

I was so excited to try this dish…
Cheese sauce was rich and creamy. Loved the

touch of coconut on top to add texture and flavour
Pasta over cooked thou and lacked flavour and seasoning

Personally I like to add a good helping of salt to this dish and some

Jalapeños. It's one of the best value-for-money dishes on the Fussy Vegan menu.

I was quite disappointed with this. I usually love Fussy Vegan's food, but this wasn't

great. The cashew cream wasn't very creamy - I've made better ones myself.

This is so damn delicious, an actual hug in a bowl. Its rich and comforting

and the bacon just takes it to the next level

R70 at The Fussy Vegan. Good value for money, not my personal favourite but really

nice for cold weather.

This is a huge portion! It can easily fill two people. Was super delicious and

great value for money.
