It is automatically vegan. I ordered it online, there is no description other than "vegan hash". I added green onions, fresh tomatoes and guacamole on the side. You have a choice of bread, I got an English muffin with vegan margarine. It automatically comes with fried mushrooms, green and red peppers, onions, spinach, garlic and chunky hash browns. Tasted really good!
