Another product that exceeded expectations. The level of detail, down to the colour and the sections on the back of the ‘prawn’ was just incredible. If this place wasn’t fully vegan I wouldn’t believe that wasn’t a real prawn tbh.
#sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease heaven! i couldn't just walk by a vegan fish and chips place. i dont like nori so opted for the #tempura shrimp. the #fries / #chips were great. i got aioli sauce -it went perfectly with everything. #100percentplantbased restaurant. they make their own batter but buy the products. two customers let me take a photo of their fish and chips (foto 4). They got a regular and a large order. for being across the street from the sea in a touristy town, the prices aren't bad. #supportlocal
Tasted really great, did not disappoint at all. Possibly the best recreation of prawns that I have tried. Would definitely recommend it.
The price was a tad steep for the portion you get, but we couldn’t turn down the chance to try vegan prawns. The firm & rubbery yet squishy texture was scarily similar to what I remember real prawns tasting like, so it was a bit of an odd experience but I still enjoyed them
Me and Molly decided we couldn’t pass up on some prawns so got a portion to share! These tasted good however the texture I found a little off putting. I think it was just abit too realistic for me - they had a bite to it and a somewhat slimy texture inside. The taste was fantastic though! This was served with a lovely lemon mayo. This was £8
