Tempeh With Peanut Ginger Sauce

Yummm! Thick sauce of #ginger and #peanuts covered this #tempeh dish 🥜paired with some #carrots and #broccoli 🥕🥦it balanced the flavours out, even if towards the end the dish did result a little bit heavy.

Amazing yummy peanutty perfection. Good size too. Added bonus was the brown rice

We were so excited to find a fully vegan restaurant in Ninh Binh!! Definitely geared towards tourists, but the food was fantastic! This was so peanut buttery.
