The taste of the ‘duck’ was great, almost too real, not sure what it’s made of, hence don’t know the nutritional value, but for those who miss the taste it’s a definite winner. The ‘baked’ veggies were really soybean sprouts and carrots and some other veggies more like stir-fried (non greasy), but it was a good side dish, the order also came with complimentary rice
