
This was good. It was a rather cloudy day so it’s perfect to have soupy stuffs The #broth is thick,tasty, with a light #herbal taste to it. The #noodles texture n springiness is perfect,not soggy. Comes with #mockmeat beef, which is not too gluten’ish and has a #mushroom based taste to it. #carrots #corn #bakchoy #mushrooms #radish First time dining in here,i usually just order their food via Grabfood. Nice lovely chilled atmosphere here too.
Honestly, the beef itself is textured soy/tofu so don’t have crazy high hopes for that other than the fact that the braised taste is good Noodles were not clumpy, slurps well + really love the variety of vegetables 🌽 🥕 🥬 BUT the star of the show is the DAIKON/RADISH!! it is full of the braised stock herbal flavour and it absorbed all of the goodness, saving that best for last hehe
Love how there was a generous portion of noodles and vegetables. Taste wise is ok. Comfort food on a cold rainy day.
Textured soy protein 'beef' cubes, radish, carrot, corn, bok choy, diced tomato, and noodles in hot herbal broth. I've never had the real deal so I can't compare this to real Taiwanese beef noodle soup. Nonetheless this was quite a comforting dish and I appreciated the wholesome array of vegetables! (Allium-free, $12.90)
This ramen dish had very delish soup, carrots and radish boiled till very soft. The meat chunks had the initial taste of beef on the first bite but thereafter a strong soy taste. You can order without the mock meat. Overall a very healthy filling dish.
