Made with jackfruit, vegan mascarpone cheese and malai. This dish was simply superb and melts immediately as soon as you take a bite. The presentation was top notch as well. And to top it all it had that similar smoky flavour like it’s authentic Lucknowi counterpart. #veganuary #lucknowi #vegankebab
