Stir Fried Black Fungus

One of the best, best, best black fungus dish ever. Nice and firm, not mushy, but still soft. Didn’t have a heavy taste, but nice and light. Loved the crunchy juicy cucumber pieces. While dish tasted slightly sweet, and fragrant. Maybe sesame oil?

Oh my! I love ❤️ the way the Cook creates this dish. The Black Fungus has a very subtle sweet taste and I guessed that he has added Plum sauce. Other Cooks would normally cook with salt and soya sauce. He paired with slices of green cucumbers 🥒, adding colour to an otherwise very black dish. Beautiful!
