
The murtabak skin has a nice chewy texture that went really well with its moist filling of lentils and other vegetables in a sweet BBQ-like sauce which you can slurp up while chewing on the satisfying skin. Couldn't help craving for more with every bite!
The sauce is pretty sweet for the prata, but somehow goes really well. Didn’t really taste the Mayo tho. Crispy at the sides and soft on the inside.
really tasty and flavourful!! the combination of ingredients oddly meshed really well together. doesn't look like much very delicious. personally not a crispy prata kinda gal but the crispness brings a nice contrast to the filling inside. will definitely come back again :)
This has lentils, capsicum, button mushrooms, curry leaves, sesame seeds, vegan mayo with korean sauce. The meaty texture of crushed lentils was really good. I thought I was eating chickpeas. It is very savory. But a bit messy to eat. It has a very thin and soggy outer layer. Nevertheless, I would love to eat this again.
I honestly don't know what makes a good murtabak, but I did enjoy the many flavors and textures inside and how well they went with the dal on the side. There are lentils, mushrooms, capsicum, some "Korean sauce" and vegan mayo inside.
