I have loved Souley Vegan for years, and I was excited to find out about their new location in downtown Martinez! This Louisiana Hot Link sandwich is one of my all-time favorite meals. The hot link is house-made, #soyfree, and the absolute perfect texture and flavor. The sandwich comes with garlic aioli, grilled peppers and onions, diced tomatoes, dill coleslaw, and jalepenos. Also pictured is a side of the creamy #potatosalad with #blackolives.
