This restaurant offers two vegan pizzas (funghi and one which is simply called vegan). This one came with very thin slices of eggplant and courgette, mushrooms, and rucola (also with pepper, but I left that out). It was really good although the cheese didn’t melt completely. Anyway, I was really happy to get a pizza with vegan cheese in the first place. The spelt dough was also delicious and filling (other options are wheat (cheaper) and buckwheat (more expensive)). I really liked the interior, pretty chilly inside.
