Vegan Benny

Shatterbox has plenty of vegan options. Their vegan version of a benny can come with presumably Save Da Sea salmon and the egg is chickpea based. The bread here is gluten free sourdough due to my own intolerance. It’s very good but I’m not sure if $18 is worth it, it doesn’t get you full enough.
