Wow! This one has it all—-potatoes, gravy, popcorn chikun, sausage and their version of an egg, which was impressive. This is savory, warm and wonderful! Each bite was a unique combo. Also, it was enough for me to share, being very hearty and filling.

This was a great breakfast special at @seitansrealmcbus The bowl comes filled with seasoned home fries topped with #vegan popcorn chikun, house made #seitan sawsage gravy, chedduh cheeze, green onions, and a sunny side up Yo Egg 🍳 The vegan egg still scares me. I can very much do without that, lol. It tastes too real from what I can remember of eggs back in the day. I'm not usually a gravy fan either, but I love their vegan sawsage. The fried home fries were delicious and the perfect texture. This bowl has loads of flavors and it's such a great value for the large portion size.
