Creme Brulee

This dessert was supposed to be a Creme Brulee, but was more a panna cotta in my opinion. Generally nice, was not what I was expecting tho.

Extremely delicious crème brûlée! It's made with coconut milk and has ginger in it too. The berries on top are perfect to counteract the sweetness.

Not incredible. Consistency was kinda off. But it did taste good.

The crust was nice and had a nice caramel taste. I didn't enjoy the ginger pieces on top.
