Jasmine rice with sazon seasoning, sautéed with edamame beans, carrots, bean sprouts, scallions, and Panang tofu, soy ginger tofu, black bean garlic tofu, or grilled veggies. Mine didn’t have all the promised veggies but was quite tasty. I was pleasantly surprised that a pork-themed place had so many vegetarian and vegan options.
