The filling they opted for that night was aubergine and pesto trapanese (tomato pesto).
I'm a local so I know what you should expect from a classic arancina, and that one had a tasteful filling and rice plus a crunchy cover correctly fried.
So super recommended and I encourage more street food places to expand their veg options
