Panino con tofu strapazzato (con sale kala manak), spinacino, pomodori e salsa agli anacardi. Il pane consiste in due fette spesse di pane ai cereali in cassetta (nulla di speciale per standard italiani, ma ok non ci si può lamentare). Gusto intenso di zolfo, ma anche delicato. Per nulla asciutto. Mi é piaciuto e ne sono contenta. L’ha mangiato anche la mia famiglia che era decisamente scettica, ma alla fine sono rimasti sorpresi seppur non sono entusiasti che sapesse così tanto di zolfo. !!
